Services

We envision strong Nations with the autonomy and capital they need to provide quality services to Membership - independent from Ottawa. Our Certification Programs are a powerful Nation-Building tool: enabling a stronger influence on settler business in your homeland and generating reliable revenue to fund services and infrastructure. You set the terms for certification, guiding settler business operators into Right Relationship. We provide support every step of the way:

Planning & Visioning

A successful project starts with community buy-in, a clear vision, and a capital plan. We organize and host workshops on behalf of First Nations, establishing stakeholders’ expectations and needs.

From there, we support the development of a capital plan, certification criteria, and a brand identity: foundations for trusting, meaningful relationships.

Project Management

Once your First Nations Fee program has been defined, it’s time to unveil it to the world and begin soliciting participation from businesses. We are skilled coalition-builders, experienced at working with settler government, community organizations, industry associations, and individual operators to engage interest and a sense of ownership in these social movements.

As Project Managers for your Certification Program, we coordinate events, educational resources, annual reports, engagement and reporting, and media operations. We work with your administration to build a program that is trusted by community.

Marketing & Liaison

We have years of experience communicating Indigenous values and worldviews to settlers and visitors on Indigenous land. We provide web design and copy-writing services, social media management, and media liaison, articulating an outward-facing image for your Nation.

We provide capacity for Nations to maintain relationships with hundreds of small businesses who would otherwise rely on your overworked Lands, Economic Development, or other administrative personnel.

Professional Grant-Writing & Strategic Project Funding

Once your community articulates a capital plan and a strategy to fund it through an established First Nations Fee program, you are well-positioned to accelerate your projects with grant funding. Since 2018, we have leveraged over $1,500,000 in grant funding for our Tla-o-qui-aht First Nation client by demonstrating their projects’ long-term viability using fees from their First Nations Fee program.

We also develop funding strategies and apply on behalf of our clients to fund our own contract services. Contact us to get your project started today!
